Options for Scheduled Meetings

Once a meeting is scheduled, an Instructor may access the options for that meeting from within the Virtual Classroom Launch area. The Options Icons are located to the right of the scheduled meeting name.

  1. Cancel Meeting – Cancel a scheduled meeting.
  2. Edit Meeting – Edit the settings for a scheduled meeting.
  3. Manage Participants – Select meeting participants from the class roster.

    NOTE: This option is only available when the Whole Class checkbox is left unselected during meeting scheduling.

  4. Open Meeting – Opens the Meeting Lobby Page. This page contains the Invite Link if you chose the Allow External Participants option during meeting scheduling.

    NOTE: Users may not enter the actual meeting room until the scheduled time.
