Adding Questions to Self Assessments

  1. From the Assessments menu, select Self Assessments.

  2. Select the Title of the self assessment.
  3. Select Add/Edit Questions.

  4. Select New, then select a Question Type.

  5. Enter the Question Text.
  6. Enter the Value (Answer) for each answer choice.
  7. Select Save.
  8. Repeat steps 4-7 for each additional question.
  9. Select Done Editing Questions.

  10. Select Save and Close.
