Once a meeting is scheduled an instructor may access the following options within the Virtual Classroom Launch area.
- Cancel Meeting: Cancel a scheduled meeting.
- Edit Meeting: Edit the settings for a scheduled meeting.
- Manage Participants: Select specific meeting participants from the class list.
NOTE: This option is only available when the Whole Class checkbox is unselected during meeting scheduling.
- Open Meeting Room – Open the Meeting Lobby Page. This page contains the External Participants Link if the option was selected when scheduling the meeting.
NOTE: The Meeting Presenter and Participants may not enter the actual meeting room until the scheduled time.
