ACCESSING THE ACCESSIBILITY CHECKER
The Accessibility Checker is located at the bottom right-hand corner when editing HTML Web Pages in D2L. The Accessibility Checker can be accessed anywhere the HTML Web Page Editor is available, including Announcements, Assignments, Calendar, Content, Discussions, and Quizzes.
NOTE: The Accessibility Checker does not check multiple HTML Web Pages at the same time, nor does it check files that have been uploaded into a course. The Accessibility Checker is only available for HTML Web Pages in D2L; it does not check any other type of file, such as MS Word, PDF, PowerPoint, etc. These types of files will need to be made accessible prior to being uploaded into D2L.
Visit the Accessibility Checker section on the eLearning Instructor Resource Site for additional information.
