Accessing Dropped Student Grades and Attendance

  1. Select Classlist from the Communication drop-​down menu.
  2. Select the Enrollment Statistics button.dropped-students-1.png
  3. Scroll down the page to the Withdrawals section.
  4. Locate the student from the Withdrawals list.

    Note: View the Last Accessed Column to view the date the student last logged into the course.

  5. Select the drop-​down arrow next to the student name.
  6. Select to View Grades or View Attendance.
    • View Grades — Display all assignment grades entered prior to the drop date.
    • View Attendance — If an Attendance Register has been created, the attendance will display for all entered sessions prior to the drop date.dropped-students-3.png
  7. Click Save or Cancel.
